Manages innovation in the area of diagnosis, prognosis (both onboard and in the cloud), and control systems as applied to Energy and Automotive components and systems (e.g. Battery Management System, starter motor, electric drive, fuel delivery systems, brake pad, autonomous vehicle integrated chassis,..) . Ensures smooth transition from concept to advanced development to product implementation phases. Leverages internal and external resources. Identifies opportunities and initiates projects that add value. He has 61 issued Patents with 15 already implemented in products & services, 64 refereed publications, more than 100 internal reports in the field of modeling, simulation, diagnosis, prognosis and control of energy systems, vehicle chassis and hybrid vehicle components and systems and he coauthored a power systems simulation and analysis book
